Competitive putting has always had passionate players and associations behind it. What we're building is the next chapter: major tournaments at quality courses, a consistent standard of competition, and a tour that travels across the country and gives the best putters in the nation a stage worthy of their game. We are USPT — the tour that brings every background, association, and skill level under one unified organization.
Disrespectful, unsportsmanlike, or disruptive behavior toward any player, official, venue staff, or spectator will not be tolerated at any USPT event.
USPT competitors are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects well on the tour and the sport. Neat, presentable attire is required at all events.
All equipment used in USPT competition must meet standard guidelines. Only USGA-approved golf balls are permitted in tournament play unless otherwise specified in event-specific rules.
Slow play affects every competitor on the course. All players are expected to maintain a reasonable pace throughout their rounds. Tournament officials reserve the right to issue pace of play warnings at their discretion.
Competitors are expected to treat every host venue with respect. Damaging the course in any way, including greens, obstacles, or surrounding areas, is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
All competitors are expected to display proper character and good sportsmanship throughout every round. USPT competitors commit to maintaining the highest degree of integrity with fellow players, host venues and their staff, spectators, sponsors, and tournament officials.
